i guess most of them dont know you cant put out oil based fires with water. It is just going to spread the fire instead of putting it out.

They dont even NEED to put out the fires half the time, they could just wait 20 seconds and they would burn up what they are on and it would be over, but no they need to fuel it with more shit by trying to put it out.
